that would floor someone who is less fit. However, injuries can gradually and
silently accumulate until eventually you are in pain for “no apparent reason”. Falls on the coccyx, bangs on the nose, and impacts with something hard, for
instance falling off onto a jump, are some of the most difficult injuries to
bounce back from.
